Job Description
We're looking for a Booking and Planning Executive to join our Intercruises Regional Operational HUB team in Nice, France. You'll manage the full scope of operations for Shorex, transfers, and cruise turnarounds, ensuring our entire portfolio runs smoothly whilst driving cost efficiencies and maintaining our high service standards.
This is a fixed-term contract for 8 months with a view to going permanent
The role will be published until 10th March 2026.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll receive and analyse data across all verticals, loading our cruise line portfolio into the system whilst ensuring everything aligns with our global guidelines for standardisation.
- Planning services is at the heart of what you'll do – coordinating with suppliers and managing the planning system to meet operational requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Distribution of operations information across the team and other business areas will keep everyone in the loop and working seamlessly together.
- Monitoring changes, modifications, and cancellations is crucial – you'll update the planning system constantly to ensure smooth operations and handle special request bookings with care.
- Cost optimisation and sales planning according to budgets will be part of your remit, along with reporting system incidences and coordinating effectively with other departments.
ABOUT YOU
- Your administration and organisational skills are exceptional, and you're confident with technology – previous user knowledge of Asterix would be highly desirable.
- You can solve problems independently and aren't afraid to suggest improvements to our ways of working, embracing our digital culture along the way.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and French is required, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Thinking things through logically to simplify tasks comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable working virtually and independently when needed.
- You easily adapt to changes in ways of working and can quickly react to operational issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills in an international environment are essential for success in this role.
