The Ground Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation across all aspects of Ground Operations.

As Operational Performance Analyst, you will monitor, analyse & report on SLA and KPI performance, across the TUI Airline Ground Ops Network. Working with Region teams, you will coordinate implementation of new initiatives and process improvements to ensure operational performance is optimised and support advance planning of seasonal operations. Your focus will include On-time performance, Baggage Delivery times, Check-in Queue times, Customer Satisfaction metrics, Ancillary Revenue, and other operational metrics.

In this role, you’ll report to the Operational Performance Manager. We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model in line with local office requirements. There may be occasional international travel involved.

**This role can be based in Luton, Hanover, Rijswijk or Brussels and offers flexible virtual working arrangements.**

ABOUT THE JOB

As Operational Performance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating reports and dashboards for all operational data, you will be responsible for the ownership and distribution of this data
  • Executing complex data analysis on operational performance to support leadership decision making and allowing operational teams to prioritize activity
  • Designing presentations that distil and communicate analytical and observational findings to stakeholders, including creating figures and diagrams to illustrate operations
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly/seasonal reports on operational performance, sharing with the Ground Ops and wider-Airline teams in multiple formats and forums
  • Routinely analyse operational performance data, identifying trends and tracking improvements in a presentable and consistent format
  • Support the Operational Performance Manager in ensuring operational feedback is collated and reported in a regular and routine way
  • Implementation of performance improvement initiatives with Ground Ops Region teams, ensuring alignment across the network and tracking the success of any initiatives
  • Report on third-party service provider delivery against contracted SLAs using operational data and coordinating SLA performance for bonus/malus schemes
  • Work with Technology colleagues to develop new ways of tracking operational performance and delivery of contacted SLAs
  • Work with TUI Airline Data & Analytics teams to develop operational performance dashboards to ensure Ground Ops data requirements are met
  • Coordinate advance seasonal planning with the Region teams to ensure preparations are effective and our teams have the information to deliver excellent operational performance.


ABOUT YOU

  • Operational experience and understanding of Ground Operations
  • Results driven individual, happy working with data and analytical tools
  • Strong communications skills, being able to convey performance results clearly and in multiple formats to various audiences.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, rapport, and productive relationships
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using analytics software (Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint
  • Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written, and may involve some international travel
