Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as an À La Carte Chef in our TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane, Croatia where you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality à la carte dishes in accordance with company standards, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards within the kitchen operation.All applicants must be fluent in Croatian and English. • Performance-based rewardsABOUT THE JOB• Works in the à la carte restaurant preparing and serving dishes according to guest orders
• Ensures attractive food presentation and dish delivery in line with company procedures and standards
• Plans and prepares ingredients required for the daily preparation of meals
• Prepares menus and à la carte dishes in accordance with quality and presentation standards
• Processes and prepares meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients for kitchen operations
• Participates in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP standards
• Maintains cleanliness, hygiene and organisation within the kitchen area
• Cooperates closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent guest experienceABOUT YOU• Vocational or secondary school qualification (KV/SSS)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the same or similar role within high-category hotels
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of German is considered an advantage
• Motivated, responsible and communicative personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• High level of professionalism, organisation and attention to detailADDITIONAL INFORMATION• Employment is offered on a fixed-term seasonal contract
• Planned start date: May 2026
