Job Description

Join TUI Group, the world's leading integrated tourism business, as we transform how we deliver exceptional inflight experiences across our airline network. We're building a single, streamlined supply chain service for all TUI Group Airlines, and we need passionate operations experts to help us get there. As part of our Western Region team, you'll be at the heart of optimising inflight service operations across the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Morocco, and key TUI destinations. This is your chance to work with a pan-European team, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact on the experience of 20 million customers worldwide. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love solving complex supply chain challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract and will require a successful background security check. This position is offered on a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week in the office, plus airport visits as needed.

Please include a covering letter with your application.

The role will be published until 11th September 2026.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & wellbeing support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll manage third-party contracted services to ensure we're delivering quality, safety, and operational excellence across the board.
  • Driving operational cost efficiencies is key, and you'll work to achieve our KPI and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Overseeing local supply chain operations means you'll ensure effective delivery of goods and handle those short-notice requirements that keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Supporting service, product, and seasonal changes keeps our offering fresh and aligned with what our customers want.
  • Travel will be part of your role, sometimes at short notice, to test onboard catering processes and support ad-hoc flights.
  • Conducting monitoring activities is essential - you'll visit aircraft and service suppliers, review SLAs, and implement corrective actions when needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination, aviation operations, or catering and product management is what we're looking for.
  • Experience coordinating complex operations is important - you'll maintain effective monitoring procedures, anticipate problems, and work with service partners to resolve issues before they impact performance.
  • You embrace new technologies, think in a data-driven way, and actively seek opportunities to improve and innovate operational processes.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in logistics or aviation.
  • You'll form part of our on-call team, so 24/7 availability on a 3-4 week cycle is necessary.
  • Holding a category B driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Composure under pressure defines your approach- you respond efficiently to complex challenges or crises.
  • Cultural sensitivity matters here, especially if you've worked as part of a pan-European team and with worldwide service suppliers.
  • You're fluent in English and Dutch, with French being a valuable addition. Additional language skills and cultural awareness are always welcome.
