Job Description

What We Are Looking For

• You’ll have extensive previous HR leadership experience in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment;
• You’ll act with confidence and communicate well, both verbally and in writing;
• You’ve got experience of leading projects, and can prioritise and plan your time effectively;
• You’re passionate about your own learning and development and of others;
• You’ve got a broad, up-to-date to date knowledge of employment legislation;
• Be able to see the wood through the trees, identify the issue and support the delivery of practical solutions;
• You know when to ask for help, and you own your mistakes;
• You have good knowledge of the local and the Dutch culture;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, Papiamentu is a plus.

TUI Dutch Caribbean employs around 150 people across the various islands. It is part of TUI Netherlands. At our Curaçao office, you’ll find departments such as the Travel Agency, Tour Guides & Musement, Customer Services, and Station Management. This location also serves as the home base for our Curaçao-based flight crew.
