Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement People Services team as an HR Administrator – People Services in Switzerland where you will support contracting our posted staff working in our various destinations around the world.

How you will make an impact

There are many ways for you to get involved:

• Contracting (preparation of employment contracts, deal with inquiries of candidates, contract changes, etc.)

• Data maintenance in SAP/EC (entries, exits, destination changes, etc.)

• Various administrative activities (confirmations, terminations, agreements, preparation of reports etc.)

• Cooperation with various interfaces (such as Payroll, Reward, Recruitment, Placement, etc.)

• Participation in local as well as international HR projects

What you will bring

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (German is an advantage)

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Demonstrable previous experience in Business administration tasks

• Empathy, honesty and transparency should be part of your personality

• SAP/EC experience is an advantage
