Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Housekeeping Supervisor in our Tui Blue Adriatic Beach, Živogošće, Croatia, where you will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team, ensuring high cleanliness standards, smooth daily operations, and high levels of guest satisfaction.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Supervises the work of the housekeeping department, prepares work schedules, and keeps records of employee attendance
• Oversees the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel surroundings (hotel complex)
• Is familiar with TUI brand standards within their scope of work
• Monitors routine cleaning and ensures it is carried out properly
• Regularly inspects hotel rooms, public areas, and the hotel or camp surroundings
• Cleans, arranges, and maintains guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel environment

ABOUT YOU

• Secondary school education
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• At least two years of experience in the same or similar roles
• Knowledge of English
