ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead and empower a team to create special moments for guests and build strong connections.

• With a strong focus on sales the successful candidate will need to guide teams to identify guest needs, offer tailored recommendations, and effectively promote experiences to meet sales targets and boost revenue. Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results.

• Proactively resolve issues and support the team in handling high-profile cases with calm and empathy. Lead by example, turning challenges into opportunities and driving performance to exceed targets.

• Work with our operational teams especially our airport team to give our guests the best first impression and a seamless transfer experience, whilst finding new and unique ways to enhance any sales opportunities.

• Navigate the team through changes and difficult situations, ensuring excellent service while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Monitor team performance and wellbeing, celebrate successes, and use feedback to drive growth. Support development by identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.

• Passionate about making our guests happy and going above and beyond to guide and support the team in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

• Highly motivated, target-driven person with a positive mindset towards achieving results. Care about guests and guide the team in matching their needs with products, ensuring the best possible experience.

• Quick learner who masters the technology and tools essential for the role, excelling at delivering training to ensure the team is well-informed and skilled.

• Effective communicator who values diverse input, fosters a positive work culture, and inspires high performance while focusing on team growth, empowerment and wellbeing.

• Naturally motivates and guides the team, leading by example and tackling challenges with confidence.

• Fully conversational in English, with any additional languages being helpful.

• To be able to work independently and be remotely managed, taking accountability and responsibility for the wider resort area.
