We're looking for someone who loves creating fantastic customer experiences and helping our customers make their holiday dreams come true. TUI offers a wide range of travel and hotels to various destinations around the world. ABOUT OUR OFFER
- A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary which already starts at 21.300€ gross/year.
- Competitive fixed salary plus commission.
- We offer remote working from anywhere in Spain on permanent contracts.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll inspire our customers to book their dream trip with us.
- Providing our customers with personal sales and service via phone, chat and email
- You'll actively work with upselling to maximise the customer experience.
- Resolving customer issues and managing bookings that need to be updated or changed.
- Ensuring our customers receive world-class service is key – an important goal for us is that our customers want to travel with us again.
- Working in a results-oriented way to achieve your sales, service and efficiency goals.
