Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Corporate Maintenance Manager in our TT Hotels Croatia business located in Živogošće, Croatia. You will play a key role in developing and executing investment and maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards, and overseeing technical infrastructure across hotel and campsite operations.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Defines investment and ongoing maintenance plans for facilities, equipment, and inventory in collaboration with company management, the Corporate Director of Investments and Development, and General Managers
• Ensures legal compliance and communicates with state inspections and insurance bodies; follows directives related to fire protection, occupational safety, environmental standards, and hygiene-technical regulations
• Proactively initiates or updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where necessary
• Oversees the maintenance of facilities and equipment, conducting regular inspections to assess needs and determine scope of work
• Maintains project and technical documentation in accordance with legal and operational standards
• Prepares and executes annual hotel maintenance plans, including seasonal opening and conservation plans for hotel and campsite infrastructure

ABOUT YOU
• University degree
• At least five years of experience in similar or the same roles
• Structured, methodical and flexible approoach to work
• Excellent command of Croatian and English, both spoken and written
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office package
