Job Description
Join our global Intercruises Operations Team in Mallorca as an Airport Transport Coordinator.
As an Airport Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with Airport authorities to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and maintain a good relationship. You will assist and oversee the development of Intercruises airport staff and supervisor and the executive training program. Create and maintain strong relationships with all service providers to improve communication and leverage future partnership opportunities.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a TUI owned specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations.
This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to work in Spain and live in or close to Palma de Mallorca before applying.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinate and support daily airport and transport operations, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and on time service delivery in line with Intercruises and cruise line standards.
- Support airport teams on the ground, promoting collaboration, accountability and high operational performance.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational incidents, managing disruptions calmly and effectively to minimise impact on guests and partners.
- Work closely with internal departments and hubs (including transport, shore excursions, port delivery and operations support teams) to ensure seamless end to end delivery.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with airport stakeholders, including Airport Authorities, AENA and transport partners, to guarantee smooth day to day operations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with port operations regarding flight delays, disruptions or incidents affecting arrivals.
- Complete post operation and invoicing reports accurately and in line with internal procedures and deadlines.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong administrative, planning and organizational skills, with confidence using operational systems and tools.
- Highly detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, operational environment.
- Previous experience coordinating or leading teams in airport, transport or operations environments is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and empathetic style.
- Customer focused, responsible and solutions driven, able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Fully conversational in English and Spanish; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are an advantage.
