Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement team in Liberia, Costa Rica, and become the face of our brand at the destination. As a Representative & Airport Greeter, you will deliver exceptional airport meet-and-greet service while actively contributing to our destination sales and guest satisfaction KPIs.

This is a dynamic, guest-facing role combining operational coordination, premium customer service, and revenue generation.

This job offers a local Costarrican contract and to apply you should have residency in Costa Rica.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A job in Service at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts from $516,566 CRC gross/month, and your earned commission on top.

• Work week of 48 hours with 1 day off.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver a warm, professional, and efficient airport meet & greet experience at Liberia Airport.
• Provide clear, accurate information on transfers, itineraries, safety guidelines, and TUI Experiences.
• Ensure smooth coordination of arrivals and departures in collaboration with transport providers.
• Conduct welcome meetings at selected hotels, ensuring all guests are properly informed and assisted.
• Represent TUI with professionalism, energy, and cultural awareness, creating a memorable first impression of Costa Rica.

• Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services.
