Job Description

Are you pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sweden?Are you passionate about travelling and eager to explore how innovative technologies can revolutionize the customer experience, while seeking an opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting?

Now you have an amazing opportunity to join our Nordic Customer Sales and Service organization as an intern working on two AI platform projects. It includes live voice translation and AI-driven pre-emptive insights for customer engagement teams.

We will ensure you feel safe when working with these new projects and we will provide you with the knowledge and the tools you need.

After a successful onboarding and introduction to our department and TUI we have made a Learning & Development Plan for you. Ensuring your will get the most out of your internship period with us. Your task could include:

  • Data analysis & quality evaluation
  • Process mapping to identify weak spots
  • Interview our Sales & Service agents
  • Arrange test sessions and evaluations with our external partners
  • Project management in an international environment

We would love your feedback and input! We know that our new Intern is very valuable for us and brings new knowledge and approaches to the table. We can learn a lot from that. That’s why we have allocated time at the end of your internship period to bring your recommendations and advice to us.


  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sweden
  • Language skills Swedish and English
  • You are able to start your internship from the fall period 2024 accordingly to your internship period at your university
  • We seek Interns who are eager to learn
