TrueLayer’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team is empowering TrueLayer to hire and scale. Partnering with individual functions within the business, they use their expertise, insight and best-in-class tools and methodologies to find, screen and hire the best talent in the market.
We are looking for a Talent Operations Lead to join our growing TA team. Partnering closely with the Head of Talent, you’ll be responsible for owning and optimising all areas of talent operations. You will apply your analytical and data-centric mindset to; increase hiring efficiency, deliver talent analytics and insights, own all system processes and provide a world-class candidate experience.

As Talent Operations Lead, you will:
- Own all systems and tooling relating to talent acquisition - continually looking for improvements to help the TA team hire more efficiently.
- Use data to optimise key reports and metrics - provide meaningful insights to the business and help report on all TA activity by leveraging data.
- Ensure the correct foundations and architecture is in place to deliver TrueLayer’s ambitious hiring goals
- Optimise workflows and processes for scale - you will believe nothing is ever complete, nothing is ever perfect.
- Own the candidate journey - think big to build a world-class experience
- Partner with Finance and People teams to optimise budget and headcount reporting
- Maintain and improve internal documentation
- Innovate - take ownership of; talent systems, employer brand, talent community, onboarding and talent attraction
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience in a talent operations or people leadership role, ideally in a tech-first environment.
- A data driven mentality - you’ll be an expert in using data and analytics to deliver meaningful insights
- Experience of managing multiple talent programmes, operations and initiatives, ideally in a scaling tech business
- Ability to design and implement clear processes with a solutions orientated mindset
- Passion in exploring new technologies and systems to optimise talent acquisition
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong written and communication skills - you’ll have a passion for presenting and delivering reports to all areas of the business
