Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our next-gen CX team! This role will focus on providing an excellent customer experience by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge in the financial industry.

In this role you will:

  • Work for The Nets Group - a leading modern provider of digital finance and payment solutions to businesses in Northern Europe;
  • Respond to customer queries related to transactions, invoices and bank card terminals in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge around business finance and how transactions work.

What we are looking for?

  • Fluent Norwegian language user

  • High-level English language user

  • Good computer skills

  • Positive mindset

  • Multitasking abilities

  • Eager to learn within the business finance industry

  • Someone who prioritizes customers and is always willing to help others

  • Someone who is ready to start on the 29th April 2024!
