You will oversee all HR operations for our sites in Malaga and Alicante, including payroll, compliance with Spanish labor legislation, people management, and implementation of new processes.

As an HR Manager at Transcom, you hold a pivotal role in nurturing the company's most valuable asset: its people. Your responsibilities encompass various facets of human resources management, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and employee needs. From talent acquisition to retention strategies, you oversee the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, implementing training and development initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Ultimately, your efforts contribute to cultivating a dynamic and supportive workplace culture where individuals thrive and contribute to Transcom's success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations for a diverse workforce, including payroll, Social Security, vacations, mutual insurance management of accidents, and absenteeism.

  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and effectively manage all aspects of HR people management.

  • Demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills while implementing new processes and fostering a positive work culture.

  • Coordinate and manage international employees, facilitating relocation & integration into the organization.

  • Occasional travel to Alicante may be required (at least once a month).

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in Spain, with expertise in Spanish labor legislation and working in an international environment.

  • Track record in HR people leadership, ideally overseeing units of more than 300 employees.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, Social Security, Relocation, and other HR-related functions.

  • Experience in implementing new HR processes and initiatives.

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • This position is based in Benalmádena (Málaga)
