Job Description

Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team representing the Estonian mobility company that provides its service across the Globe. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the ride-hailing and food industry.

  • Monthly salary of 1370 euros gross (main salary 1170 euros and 200 euros language bonus). You can also earn an additional quality bonus of maximum 100 euros gross.

Join us as a Customer Service Specialist!

As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:

  • Work for one of the fastest-growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America;

  • Respond to customer queries related to food or ride-hailing services, payments, orders, quality of service in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;

  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent Estonian language skills (at least C1 level/native);

  • Intermediate Russian and English language skills (at least B2 level);

  • Multi-tasking capabilities;

  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience;

  • Available to work maximum 4 night shifts per month;

  • Someone who is good with receiving feedback and wants to improve themselves;

  • Someone who is available to start on the 22nd of April 2024!
