Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team representing the Estonian mobility company that provides its service across the Globe.

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!
In this role, you will:
Work for international electronic identification service provider;
Respond to customer queries related to quality of services, technical issues, documentations, suspensions of ID-card certificates via phone, email;
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
What we are looking for:
Intermediate Estonian, Russian and English language skills (for all 3 languages must be at least B2 level);
Multi-tasking capabilities;
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience;
Availability to work evening, night and weekend shifts;
Someone who is available to start on the 23rd of September 2024!
