Become a Customer Care Representative for a high-quality coffee brand - Nespresso, in Malaga, Costa del Sol. Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Represent a global premium coffee brand - Nespresso. It is at the forefront of the market when it comes to coffee, offering a range of coffee capsules, machines and accessories internationally.
  • Respond to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and technical support for coffee machines in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat or social media.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

  • Fluent Danish language user

  • High-level English language user

  • Good computer skills

  • Positive mindset

  • Someone who is eager to learn new things and can quickly adapt to change

  • Someone who prioritizes customers and is always willing to help others
