ROLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF SALES

Salary between 25-30K dependent on experience + uncapped bonus

We’re a dedicated team of digital marketing specialists (with expertise in paid media, organic search, digital experience, and growth consultancy) who devise and deliver opportunities for brands to get found online.

Our specialists are the SMART solution to brands’ discoverability issues, using tech automation, smart data, and human brilliance to help B2C and B2B brands grow online.

We utilise a creative, methodical, and data-driven approach to campaign division so have become the fast-working, forward thinking agency that brands come to when their aim is to get themselves top of mind asap.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be one of the first SDRs on our team, working directly with the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will have a huge opportunity for career growth, potentially becoming an SDR Manager in the near future.

You will:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Utilise sales intelligence and engagement tools such as Outreach, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. to prospect and engage with potential clients
  • Research and uncover potential opportunities to send to Account Executives (AEs)
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM with accurate information
  • Attend weekly team meetings in our Farringdon office

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in digital marketing.

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in an SDR or similar sales role

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficient in using sales engagement and intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills

Active listener with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven, with a desire to excel and make money

Strong organizational and time management skills
