What You'll Do
You’ll be in a critical role responsible for growing the Tilt platform. Your responsibilities will be:
Own all digital marketing channels & initiatives
Build a top content funnel on all discovery platforms (Tiktok, Reels, Shorts)
Improve LTV/CAC, number of users, and user retention
Implement editorial content process and delivery
Native advertising and partnerships
App/web analytics tracking
You will work directly with the founders to take Tilt to the next level.
Requirements
Experience working in a seriously fast-paced start-up (prefer early stage)
Incredible Project Management Skills
Highly Data Driven (at least have Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Sheets)
Intermediate understanding of basic scripting, editing, hosting, and posting content on various social media platforms.
Not be afraid to go on camera if needed
Know what it takes to be the best
Experience developing and executing a successful digital marketing strategy
Note: You must be in the UK for this role. We are not sponsoring visas at the moment.
