What you'll do

We are looking for a working student who is passionate about user experience to help us shape the future of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers i

• Creating, updating, and testing software documentation and tutorials
• Creating different types of media content (such as graphics, videos, and blog posts)
• Testing AI tools and use cases in the context of content creation
• Collecting and implementing feedback for our help content
• Supporting production processes in the content management system (CMS)
• Taking part in user research activities

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying preferably in the fields of Technical Communication, Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• You have experience with MS Office applications and preferably with a content management system, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphics tools.
• You are interested in software engineering and programming.
• You are proficient in English; German is a plus
• Regular working from Walldorf office is a must
• Besides that, you are reliable, organized and have very good communication skills.

At BTP Experience, our vision is to make working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) efficient and enjoyable, so millions of users can generate value for their business. Our team of technical writers collaborates with development teams in the creation of software documentation, UI texts, and other content that helps our users understand our features. The focus area of our team is UI technologies: frameworks that developers use to build and design the visual and interactive parts of software applications.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrollment, current records of achievements from your university, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
