What you'll do


You will support the global Max Success Plan team in their daily work to ensure our customers’ success. They are SAP’s biggest and most strategic customers. Your focus will be on business administration, as well as internal and external communications. We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support with the following:

  • Creative conception, development, and production of communications assets such as videos, social media assets, blog posts, and presentations to present our offerings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in organizing customer events (on global and regional level)
  • Orchestrate meetings and workshops with a broad set of stakeholders, incl. alignment of schedules, planning of content and location, and execution

  • You’ll be in touch with many stakeholders inside and outside the PE organization which is an excellent position to start establishing your own network

The preferred starting date is July 1, 2026

What you bring

  • Bachelor or Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Located in / around Walldorf, so you can benefit from coming to the office and meeting the core team in person on a regular basis
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Communications, (Online) Marketing, Event Management, English / Economics studies, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with video production (e.g. Camtasia) and social media content creation are additional assets
  • Very good English and at least basic German skills (spoken and written)
  • Creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas
  • Strong organizational skills, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail
  • Knowledge of design- and video-editing tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus
  • Previous work experience (including as working student or intern) in a corporate environment and/or in corporate communications are a plus

Our team is the central governing organization for our high-touch services: Managing the brand, service portfolio, delivery methodology and capabilities, as well as the interaction with all stakeholders across SAP. Worldwide over 5.000 experienced SAP colleagues are engaging with Max customers, delivering services, and ensuring a premium experience. To scale the value of Max beyond the top SAP customer base, the global team is striving to industrialize our service content leveraging smart technologies and intelligent delivery capabilities.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
