What you'll build

We are looking for a working student (f/m/d), who will support operational projects in the Signavio CloudOS Group. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in corporate operations beyond team-level tasks, supporting high-level coordination across departments, functions, and geographies.

• Support Head-of- CloudOS in collaborating with multiple departments to gather data, align activities, and ensure timely follow-up
• Work with Development Mangers and Head-Of to support our controlling topics such as Budget Monitoring; Cost reporting and forecasting; Project Staffing and Monitoring
• Conduct data analysis, creation of reports, presentations, and documents on ad-hoc level for our management team
• Build strong interaction across the internal and external teams and other stakeholders with the intention to support current projects and initiatives as needed - for example maintaining and updating documentation, templates, and process guidelines
• Assist in organising group-level meetings, workshops, and events, including preparation of agendas and follow-up materials

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

• You are ready to work > 6 months with the team
• Preferred fields of study: Business and/or Business Administration
• Language requirements: Fluent in English, German
• Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Analytical mindset, structured, result-oriented working, team player, can work in global and multi-culture environment

Qualifications for the role:

• Profound skills in Microsoft Office Excel, familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams (Must-Haves)
• No programming skills or experience required
