What you'll build

In your role as Security and Cloud Compliance Learning Working Student (f/m/d), you will support the Security and Cloud Compliance Learning team with day to day activities, administrative tasks, and project work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting team members in developing new security compliance training, including alignment with subject matter experts, building trainings in Articulate, and coordination of testing and translation of trainings
• Supporting security related events, such as the Security Expert Summit or Cybersecurity Month
• Monitoring the anonymous security compliance learning inbox
• Building and maintaining SharePoint pages
• Assisting with day to day operational tasks to help ensure smooth team operations
• Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

What you bring

• Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communications, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and instructional design is an advantage
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication skills and empathy; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse team
• High attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of reliability
• Remote work is possible; participation in monthly onsite team meetings is welcome

The Security Awareness & Enablement unit drives Human Risk, and enables security and compliance across SAP. As much as we’re ensuring SAP compliance on the awareness and training aspect, our mission strives to raise security mindset, engage the workforce and support behavioral changes with a stronger security culture.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
