What you´ll build


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic student to join our SAP Labs Munich Team in Garching (f/m/d). You will play an essential role in our operations team, focusing on supporting our activities in the areas of data and analytics, design and events. This role is perfect for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in the mentioned fields while contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the #ONESAPMunich community on the campus.


As a working student in Analytics, Design & Event, you will have the following primary areas of responsibility:

  • Supporting Data and Analytics:
    • Support the establishment of an SAP Labs Munich data strategy focused on defined data governance and ensuring data quality
    • Assist in performing analytics and statistical modeling to contribute to the development of an SAP Labs Munich KPI Framework for visualizing trends and patterns
  • Supporting Design:
    • Creation of designs for various internal communication channels, e.g. newsletters, screens or SharePoint
    • Creation of designs for events, including usage of graphic programs
  • Supporting Events & Campus Engagements:
    • Support in coordinating various employee initiatives to foster a lively office culture
    • Planning, communication and idea generation for Flagship event formats as well as providing onsite support during events
    • Participate in rollout of strategic learning programs aimed at professional development for our SAP Munich Employees


You will be an integral member of the Munich Core Team, working closely with the Head of Operations as well as our Employee Engagement, Events and Comms Leads. As the role requires an on-site presence, you should be from Munich or living in the surrounding Munich area.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Graphic Design, or related fields
  • Fluently in both written and spoken German and English
  • Strong analytical skills with some experience in analytics and statistical modeling
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams), graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively and efficiently
  • A team player attitude with a passion for creating impact together
  • Working from the office is required and encouraged
