What you´ll build

In this role you will support the operational steering of a large services business and gain hands-on insights into how data, forecasting and operational processes drive business decisions. You will work closely with experienced Operations Partners/Head of Revenue Operations Services DE/CH and contribute to improving transparency, efficiency and data quality across the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the monitoring of key business indicators such as capacity utilization, backlog development, workforce planning and forecast accuracy
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards that help leadership teams steer the services business
• Analyze operational data and identify trends or inconsistencies in business KPIs
• Contribute to improving data quality and pipeline hygiene by identifying gaps and supporting updates
• Help develop and maintain reporting tools used for bookings and revenue forecasting
• Assist Operations Partners in daily operational and analytical tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Bachelor / Master of Business Administration, Bachelor / Master of Science or any related studies
• Computer skills: Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Language skills: German, fluent in English
• Skills: Team player, self-driven attitude, ability to deal with ad-hoc requests

Where you belong

The Revenue Operations Services Team is part of the Board Area Strategy & Operations. We act as a trusted advisor to the Services Business to enable intelligent decisions through business insights and to drive predictability and accuracy, process excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
