What you´ll build

We are looking for a reliable working student to join our CPO office team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our Chief Procurement Officer and support the team with various tasks.
Your tasks will include:

• Support with various administrative tasks (travel planning, cost reimbursement, event planning)
• Represent the GPO (Global Procurement Organization) Office towards the organization and support the team with various tasks (e.g. manage the GPO Inbox)
• On- and offboarding of GPO colleagues
• Project support for various procurement projects
• Data quality verification and reporting

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business or IT or a combination of both
• Computer skills / Programming languages: MS Office, experience with SAP systems and data analysis preferred
• Language skills: fluent in both German and English, additional languages a plus
• Soft skills: self-organized, reliable, curious
• Other important skills/experience: ideally prior (SAP) work experience, ideally knowledge of procurement processes
• Working from Walldorf office is preferred

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
