What you'll build
Supporting the SAP Global Control Center (GCC) Management Team as management assistant with
- Business Case creation in MS ppt
- Management Presentations in MS ppt
- Complex data evaluations with SAP Analytics and MS Excel
- Decision Papers in MS word
- Documentation in SharePoint and workspace
- Preparation, follow up and action item tracking
- Participation in automation and AI projects
- Project Management Support (PMO)
In this role you will actively contribute to GCC’s evolution by supporting strategic projects and initiatives not only by administrative support. We are also looking for your outside-in perspective for innovative, AI supported process improvements.
You will work directly with the GCC Management team globally gaining insights in strategic management topics and how they cascade down in daily operations. The focus will be mainly EMEA/MEE timezone but AMER or APC friendly meeting times are possible.

What you bring

- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer science, business administration, engineering
- Computer skills: MS products, JAVA programming is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, reliable, drive, high quality standards, analytical
- Additional skills: Project Managements basics, understanding of LLMs and prompts, AI basics
Where you belong
The Global Control Center (GCC) is the one-stop-shop that brings SAP Mission Control Center (MCC) Experts together, controls SAP MCC‘s day-to-day operations and manages exceptions. This also includes cross-team collaboration with teams outside the SAP MCC, such as Global Cloud Operations.
- GCC manages all incoming requests (Global Escalation Requests excluded) 24x7*from various channels to the SAP MCC, evaluates their criticality, and dispatches them where required.
- We monitor workload, provide the platform to prioritize and balance load to the right focus areas, and ensure full transparency on all work queues and the overall resource situation.
- We handle urgent ad hoc request and are first responders to critical and urgent situations
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
