Job Description

What you'll bring

You're a student (f/m/d) ready to contribute alongside your studies. You're enrolled in a degree in safety and health management, engineering, business administration, communications, psychology, public health, or a related field. You're curious, collaborative, and a clear communicator — someone who thinks creatively and tackles complex problems head on.

  • You're familiar with Microsoft 365, including hands-on experience with SharePoint or similar content management tools.
  • You have an eye for visual design.
  • You bring a curiosity about AI tools and how it can make work smarter.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with video editing and a basic knowledge of risk assessments or management systems are a plus.

What you'll build

In this role you will support the Occupational Safety team, contributing directly to campaigns, content, and analysis that help keep thousands of colleagues safe at work.
You'll support the planning and execution of prevention campaigns, create communication materials, e. g. presentations, news articles, short videos, and help turn complex safety topics into content that actually lands. You'll assist with research into scientific and regulatory literature, contribute to safety analyses, and support the maintenance of SAP's internal safety portal and communication channels.
On top of that, you'll explore how AI tools can automate routine processes and sharpen the way the team works - a hands-on opportunity to experiment with emerging technology where the impact is real.

Where you belong

The Occupational Safety team drives a strong safety culture as an integral part of SAP's daily operations. Safety@SAP Germany builds the conditions for safer workplaces, through compliance, targeted awareness, and preventive action, because protecting people's health and reducing risk is at the core of everything we do.

As a working student (f/m/d) you will be part of SAP Next Gen, a global network of students and early professionals growing together. You'll access mentors, development programmes, and peers building careers alongside you. It's a place to start something real.
