Job Description

Bring It

Your studies are in Health Management, Sport Science, Psychology, or a related field. Business Administration, Human Resources, Education Science, and Social Studies are all strong backgrounds too. You communicate fluently (written and spoken) in German and English. You take initiative and see tasks through without being asked twice. You are genuinely curious about physical and mental health in the workplace. You know how to design presentations and reports that inform and persuade. You understand how to read a process, spot what needs changing, and act on it. You stay current with social media and emerging technology trends. You are ready to work on-site in Walldorf at least three days per week.

Build it

You will join the Global Health, Safety & Well-Being team for a six-month internship. Your start date is January 11th and your base will be Walldorf, Germany. You will help develop, coordinate, and evaluate a range of health promotion programmes and projects. You will support the Local Health Coordinators Network across Germany. This means connecting and equipping health contacts at each German site. You will maintain health services at SAP's subsidiaries across Germany. You will organise Health Days at SAP's headquarters and subsidiary sites. You will support the full process, from planning to delivery. You will also travel within Germany to support local teams and events. Travel makes up around 30% of your time. Your work directly shapes the health and well-being of SAP employees across the country.

Belong

The SAP Health team has won multiple national health awards. It has also been recognised as a great place to work. This team treats health as a core business priority, not just a benefit.

You will work alongside colleagues who link health to talent management, productivity, and financial outcomes. The team runs global programmes, drives health data analytics, and shapes SAP's well-being policies. Your contributions will be visible and valued across the organisation.

Through the SAP Internship Experience Program (SAP iXp), an experienced mentor will guide your development. You will set real goals and deliver on them from day one. SAP Next Gen connects you with a global community of students and early-career professionals. You share an interest in technology and in making work better for people. You will access mentoring, coaching, and learning resources tailored to your growth.
