What you´ll build

Agriculture feeds the world — and it is becoming smarter, more connected, and more data-driven. SAP helps agribusiness companies navigate this transformation with AI-powered solutions that improve how they plan, trade, and operate.

As a working student (f/m/d) in our Product Management team, you will contribute to real product work alongside a globally distributed team shaping AI capabilities for the agribusiness industry.

Your tasks will include:

• Directly supporting the Head of Product Management in preparing customer meetings and stakeholder engagements
• Researching market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments in the agribusiness sector
• Supporting the team in preparing analyses, presentations, and product materials
• Contributing to product concepts and go-to-market initiatives
• Helping coordinate activities across teams in Germany, India, the US, and Brazil
• Turning complex topics into clear, structured content for internal and external audiences

This role gives you direct exposure to AI product management at a global scale — and to an industry that matters.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, currently enrolled in an ongoing Bachelor's or Master's program
• Preferred fields of study: Business Information Technology, Business Administration with a strong IT focus, or a comparable program
• Computer skills: Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar); strong command of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint); experience with GitHub; ability to read and work with code is a plus
• AI skills: Proficient in using AI tools to create, revise, and refine documents — you integrate AI into your workflow as a core skill, not an occasional shortcut, and consistently deliver high-quality output faster as a result; hands-on experience in defining and implementing AI workflows-
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, written and spoken — both are actively used in day-to-day work
• Soft skills: Highly organised and reliable; strong sense of ownership — you follow through on commitments and track your own progress proactively; fast learner who adapts quickly and communicates clearly in international, cross-cultural teams
• Other important skills/experience: Outstanding academic record — you are among the top performers in your program
• Working from the office (SAP Headquarters, Walldorf) is required 2–3 times per week. Some flexibility exists to accommodate your academic schedule.

We own and develop AI-powered software solutions that help agribusiness companies — from large trading houses and food processors to dairy farms and fresh produce suppliers — work smarter, operate more sustainably, and make better decisions.

Our daily work includes:

• Defining product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered agribusiness solutions
• Working closely with engineering teams, customers, and industry partners to shape what we build
• Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
• Preparing and supporting customer meetings and executive stakeholder engagements

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
