What You’ll Build

As part of our Customer Advisory team, you will work on current topics and customer projects in the areas of retail and wholesale, fashion, consumer goods, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

You will support us with:

• Sales-focused customer planning and data analysis
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, workshops, and events
• Market, customer, and trend analyses
• Identifying challenges and potential opportunities for our customers
• Creating presentations and sales-relevant content

In doing so, you will get to know innovative SAP solutions and future-oriented topics such as SAP Business AI. You will work closely with Customer Advisory, Sales, Industry Leads, Marketing, and SAP Partner Management, and build a broad internal network.

After your onboarding period, you will gradually take on increasing responsibility for your own topics and work packages.

What You’ll Bring

• You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, Digital Media, or a comparable degree program.
• You stand out with strong communication skills, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
• You have an interest in digitalization, innovation, and new technologies.
• You work reliably, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• You have fluent German and good English language skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ideally, you have experience with digital tools for creating presentation and communication materials.
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage.

Im Bereich Customer Advisory unterstützen wir gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb Unternehmen aus den Consumer Industries bei ihren Transformationsvorhaben.

In the Customer Advisory area, we work together with the Sales team to support companies from the Consumer Industries in their transformation initiatives.

With industry know-how, solution expertise, and innovative SAP technologies, we help our customers overcome current challenges and create sustainable added value.

Our focus is on:

• Understanding customer requirements
• Developing tailored solution approaches
• Communicating value propositions clearly and convincingly

Digital customer experiences, interactive workshops, and innovation topics such as SAP Business AI are part of our everyday work. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with various departments within SAP.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
