What you'll build

• Engagement Delivery: Support to plan and execute end-to-end customer and partner engagements, including preparation, facilitation, and post-engagement follow-up.
• Operational Excellence: Support daily operations of the Experience Center, ensuring technical readiness and flawless execution of experiences across the Lab and Showfloor.
• Content Customization: Support messaging and engagement themes to reflect customer priorities, industry trends, and SAP’s strategic vision.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Virtual Account Teams and regional stakeholders to align engagement objectives and contribute to account planning activities.

What you bring

• Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Business Administration, Computer science, Economics
• Computer skills: Word, Power Point, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Kanban
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Team Player
• Work experience in the SAP Experience Center context is a big plus
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively with strong organizational skills
• Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and engage confidently with customers
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding of SAP’s solutions and ability to tailor content to customer needs
• Creativity & Innovation: Skilled in storytelling, presentation customization, and integrating new ideas into engagement
• Coming to the office in München(Garching) is required

Where you belong

Our global team consult our internal and external customers and partners around the globe during their customer engagements to provide a best-in-class experience. As part of our creative team, you will work closely with UX designers, developers and business & product owners to shape key experiences, and build cloud centric experiences for our customers & employees.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
