What you'll build

• Review Customer Contracts: Review and evaluate requests for exceptions to standard customer contracts for our learning products, gaining insight into unique business scenarios
• Optimize Key Processes: Evaluate our current exception review process and actively work to optimize it. You will have the opportunity to leverage modern AI capabilities and tools to drive efficiency
• Develop Reporting Frameworks: Establish and manage a clear documentation and reporting system to track, monitor, and analyze contract exception requests
• Clarify Contractual Questions: Assist our business and legal teams in clarifying questions related to contracts for our learning and certification offerings
• Support Business Development: Contribute to business development activities that promote and expand our learning and certification programs

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Very advanced Microsoft Office skills; interest in learning new data tools (e.g. SAP Analytics, Power BI)
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Soft skills: Team player, open to new experiences, curious, initiative-driven, values cultural diversity
• Working from Walldorf office is required (0-10% travel expected)

Where you belong

Our Product Experience Solutions team within the Go-To-Market Execution group bridges the gap between strategy and operations. We focus on delivering solutions that drive product experience adoption and profitable growth.

For customers and prospects we offer try-out solutions across SAP´s product portfolio to support buying decisions.

For partners we provide solutions to test and demo SAP´s products and solutions, and to develop third-party solutions to extend the SAP product portfolio.

In addition, our team manages SAP´s learning and certification offerings for the whole eco-system incl. customers, partners, students, universities, and job seekers, to help become competent on SAP products. The portfolio includes self-paced or instructor-led formats, practice system access, and online certification options.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
