What you'll build

You prepare briefings, presentations, and reports that translate data into clear messages. You support projects, track progress, and follow up on key initiatives. You help organize meetings, agendas, and decision materials so leaders can focus on outcomes.

You are comfortable with data and standard office tools. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and take ownership.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred in marketing, communications, economics, events or related fields
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• First experience in events organization, marketing, communications is a plus

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Is creative and enjoys creating a variety of content and assets
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages to a variety of audiences
• Can work up to 20 hours per week

In this role, you support the CEO and leadership team. You help bring structure to complex topics, prepare clear insights, and ensure that priorities stay on track. Your work creates transparency and helps teams align around what matters most. This role gives you a front-row seat to how a company is steered and how ideas turn into action.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
