What you'll do
The People Enablement & Team Engagement Working Student (f/m/d) supports the PP&S Executive Office in driving the 'Empower Our People' pillar of the 2026 Winning Plan. This role turns strategic people initiatives — community building, AI enablement, communications, and feedback — from intent into consistent execution and provides the operational backbone that keeps these workstreams moving without requiring senior leadership time.
This is a role for someone who combines strong communication instincts with comfort using AI tools — and who can coordinate across a complex organization while keeping things simple and clear.
Key Activities
Community Building & Coordination
Coordinate PP&S location leads engagement and LT onsite cadence planning
Support PP&S Growth Tandems program — tracking matches, scheduling, and maintaining momentum
Track and report on cross-I2O participation initiatives, keeping the LT informed of engagement levels
AI Enablement Support
Coordinate logistics and participation tracking for AI Foundations Enablement rollout across PP&S
Support AI Bootcamp participation planning and follow-up
Help organize PP&S Agentic AI hands-on sessions — scheduling, materials, attendee coordination
Communications & Line of Sight
Produce the 'How We Win' newsletter — gathering input, drafting content, coordinating review, and publishing on cadence
Support goal alignment communications, helping translate Winning Plan priorities into visible, accessible messaging for PP&S employees
Maintain a communications calendar and content pipeline for the Executive Office
Feedback Loop Management
Coordinate the PP&S Sounding Board — scheduling, attendee prep, and capturing outcomes
Track prioritized feedback items from listening initiatives through to closure or clear decision
Support Quarterly AEM transparency updates — aggregating inputs and preparing summary communications
What you bring
Currently enrolled in a degree in communications, business, organizational psychology, information management, or a related field
Genuine interest in people, communication, and how organizations work
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in day-to-day work — or excited to learn
Strong written communication in English; German is an advantage
Organized, reliable, and able to coordinate across multiple workstreams without losing track
Proactive — moves things forward without waiting to be asked
No prior professional experience required. Relevant internships or student project experience in communications, HR, or project coordination are a plus.

The Corporate Processes & IT (CPIT) organization is responsible for evolving and executing SAP's IT strategy. We drive the internal adoption of standard applications that support end-users in the execution and re-engineering of their processes across all lines of business. Our objective is to accelerate co-innovation with development and extend the use of SAP standard products within SAP.
About Product Processes & Solutions
Product Processes & Solutions (PP&S) is an L2 unit within CPIT responsible for driving portfolio and process transformation across SAP's product organization. Our ambition is to give SAP the fastest, most AI-driven product lifecycle in the industry. We operate across three delivery areas — Engineering & Technology, Solution Support, and Cloud Operations — and we are accountable for translating strategic direction into operational reality at scale
