We are looking for a talented UX Designer with expertise in designing SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be part of the SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) team based in Brno, one of the core global teams building this strategic sustainability offering.

SCT enables organizations to track, analyze, and act on their sustainability performance, helping them make informed decisions for a more sustainable future. You will contribute to creating intuitive, user-centric experiences for a product that directly supports global environmental and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about purposeful design, has hands-on experience crafting enterprise-grade UI designs, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and sustainability domains.

What you’ll build

  • Join a sustainability engineering team, contributing to the development of the end-to-end User Experience for sustainability processes for global organizations.
  • Create intuitive, SAP Fiori-compliant user interfaces that ensure seamless user flows, continued innovation, and a consistent User Experience that simplify complex sustainability data.
  • Transform research findings and user feedback into thoughtful design solutions that improve usability and support informed decision-making.
  • Team up with the Product Management team and other stakeholders to identify, define, align, and implement User Experiences and UI patterns that help us shape and improve our product.
  • Drive consistency and quality across the SCT product suite, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for enterprise users.

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of proven expertise in designing software products, user experience, and interaction design with a proven track record to simplify complex information.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), with the ability to create UI specifications, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
  • Growth-oriented attitude, curiosity, and a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Dedication to being a good team player with the ability to engage, motivate and give feedback to others.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, user behavior analytics, and translating insights into meaningful design improvements is a plus.
  • Prototyping skills in SAPUI5, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus
