What you'll do
The BTPExperience - Integration Suite Design team strives to increase customer value and adoption of the SAP Integration Suite solution via a simple and highly usable professional grade user experience driven by a research and data driven solution discovery, design and development mindset and process.

As a User Experience Designer Associate, you will:

• Design a professional grade user experience (based on SAP's Fiori Design System) by collaborating with UX Designers, UA Developers, Product Development team(s), Product Managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide design specifications and assets required for implementation by the development team.
• Ensure UI quality by supporting the development team during the development phase by conducting continuous reviews of the implemented UIs to ensure adherence to the specifications, standards and guidelines.
• Adopt a data driven solution discovery, design and development process by seeking and utilizing data from multiple data channels such as Telemetry, UX Surveys, User Research and Customer Engagement activities to enable you to take design decisions based on insights derived from the various data channels.
• Contribute to organizational success and increase UX maturity.

What you bring

Key Skills:

• Design: Should be able to convert business & user requirements into highly usable interaction designs for multiple devices/channels (responsive design). Visual design skills is a plus.
• Technical: HTML & CSS skills are desired, but not mandatory.
• Prototyping: Proven experience in using prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) for creating designs.
• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, team work, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic, demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence, especially since the role requires extensive collaboration between multiple stakeholders working
• in a global setup.
• Eligibility: 1 - 3 years of experience in UX Design. Degree from a recognized Design school.
