About the team

Summary

We're looking for a versatile and creative UI/UX, Digital Assets & Multimedia Designer to support high-impact digital sales and enablement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing intuitive digital experiences, creating engaging visual content, and leveraging AI-powered tools to deliver high-quality work efficiently.

A proactive designer who takes ownership and consistently delivers high-quality work with minimal supervision, bringing a curious, AI-driven mindset and a passion for exploring new technologies to enhance creative workflows. Able to balance creativity with business objectives while executing efficiently without compromising quality, with exceptional organization and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously improve, with a problem-solving mindset that embraces feedback and performs well under pressure.

The Role

You'll collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to create scalable digital experiences, presentations, websites, videos, and multimedia assets while thriving in a fast-paced, enterprise business environment where speed, quality, and innovation are equally important.

• Design intuitive UI layouts, interactive experiences, and responsive web pages in Figma.
• Build and maintain digital experiences, landing pages, and websites using existing design systems and templates.
• Create high-quality presentations that support business storytelling and customer engagement.
• Design and adapt digital assets, including banners, email visuals, campaign assets, and other marketing collateral.
• Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate design workflows, generate creative concepts, optimize assets, and improve overall efficiency.
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance design quality and streamline content creation.
• Resize, localize, and optimize assets for different regions, audiences, and digital channels.
• Apply SAP brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex content into clear, engaging visual experiences.
• Organize and maintain design files, components, and reusable assets to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Contribute creative ideas while balancing quality, speed, and business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders and fast-paced delivery cycles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (required), including Auto Layout, Components, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design and productivity tools to enhance design workflows and content creation.
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience designing digital experiences, websites, or landing pages.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume business environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience creating motion graphics or multimedia content.
• Familiarity with Canva.
