Role Description
As a Temporary O2I/Billing Associate (6-Month Contract), you will support the team in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative billing activities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to help resolve billing-related issues, maintain data accuracy and integrity, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that support business continuity and operational efficiency during the engagement period.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
- Support end-to-end order processing activities within SAP Concur while maintaining compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
- Assist in the timely and accurate generation of invoices, credit notes, and other customer billing transactions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, IT, Tax, and Legal functions to facilitate issue resolution and ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and escalate operational and system-related issues, raising IT support tickets and contributing to the implementation of long-term corrective actions.

Experience & Language Requirements
- Good attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team member

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
