What you’ll build:

Business Accelerator Hub is SAP’s central discovery and consumption platform for APIs, events, integration content, and digital assets that accelerate innovation across the SAP ecosystem. It serves as the entry point for developers, partners, and customers to explore, evaluate, and adopt SAP’s business capabilities through well-documented, reusable, and consumption-ready artifacts. As SAP continues to invest in API-led integration, AI-driven extensibility, and ecosystem enablement, the Business Accelerator Hub plays a critical role in driving adoption, visibility, and time-to-value for SAP’s platform offerings.

As a Product Manager for the Business Accelerator Hub, you will define, own, and evolve the product strategy for a best-in-class discovery and enablement experience for APIs and integration assets. You will work closely with multiple development teams responsible for specific capability areas such as content onboarding and lifecycle, discoverability and search, developer experience, analytics and insights, and ecosystem enablement. Your focus will be on understanding customer and developer needs and translating them into intuitive, scalable, and impactful product capabilities.

This role requires a strong passion for product definition, customer centricity, and data-driven decision making, combined with curiosity for modern platform technologies and developer ecosystems. The objective is to continuously improve how customers and partners discover, evaluate, and consume SAP APIs and integration content by leveraging usage insights, adoption analytics, and feedback loops. You will drive the evolution of the Business Accelerator Hub in alignment with SAP’s harmonized product operating model (HPOM) and collaborate closely with Development Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and other Product Managers across Integration Suite and SAP BTP.

The Product Manager will partner with engineering, platform, security, and business stakeholders to ensure the Business Accelerator Hub delivers high visibility, actionable insights, and a seamless experience across the API and integration lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, technical fluency in APIs and integration platforms, and a passion for enabling developer productivity and ecosystem growth at scale.

In your role you will:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Business Accelerator Hub, aligned with business objectives and platform strategy
• Define and evolve capabilities for content discovery, onboarding, usability, and lifecycle management of APIs, events, and integration assets
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and platform teams to translate customer and developer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Drive customer- and developer-centric product definition by gathering insights from users, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Lead initiatives around API visibility, analytics, and insights, enabling stakeholders to understand adoption, usage patterns, performance, and value realization
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics such as adoption, engagement, discoverability, consumption, and customer satisfaction
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform roadmap decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the platform experience
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise standards and policies
• Act as a product evangelist for the Business Accelerator Hub, clearly communicating value propositions to internal teams, partners, and customers
• Support go-to-market readiness, documentation, and enablement activities to maximize adoption and usage

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE or B.Tech or M.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 15+ years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager for platform products, developer portals, APIs, or integration solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to engage deeply in technical and architectural discussions
• Customer- and developer-centric mindset, with experience translating user needs and pain points into clear, high-impact product capabilities
• Experience defining product roadmaps and requirements based on customer feedback, usage analytics, and business outcomes
• Strong data-driven approach, with hands-on experience using metrics and analytics to guide prioritization and measure product success
• Experience working on or with API catalogs, developer portals, marketplaces, or content discovery platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to define and leverage API and platform insights such as adoption trends, usage behavior, and engagement metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse technical and business stakeholders
• Strong ownership, execution, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Curious and innovative mindset, with a passion for improving developer experience and accelerating ecosystem adoption

Where you belong:

The Sub Solution Area Integration within Business Technology Platform is responsible for SAP's strategic integration platform products and cloud services. This includes SAP Integration Suite on the Business Technology Platform, which is offering integration capabilities for heterogenous and hybrid landscapes of our enterprise customers, such as A2A and B2B integrations, API Management, Event based Integrations, and integrating with non-SAP applications. We are delivering into and operating 20k plus customers, both direct customers using SAP's integration platform, as well as customers using our technology indirectly via embedment into SAP cloud applications. Our major locations for engineering and operations are India, Germany, Sofia and China.
