What you’ll do
- In this role, you will support SAP Labs East Asia Management team with location strategy and operations activities, including plannning, execution, process documentation, workflow improvements, and follow-up actions.
- You will assist in event management and ecosystem engagament activities such as hackathon, workshop, training, townhall, celebration, executive visit and other internal/external events where needed.
- You will be responsible for delivering 1-2 key topics end-to-end, including logistics coordination, communication and post-event report, as well as collaborating with various team members, stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Your work will directly impact the strategy execution, operational excellence and ecosystem development of our office in Vietnam.
What you bring
- Third-year or final-year student, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or related fields, with approx. 6-12 months remaining prior to graduation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, capability to use AI and other collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Nice to have: Interest in technology, operations or experience supporting events, coordination activities, or student organizations
