Votre mission

Au sein de l'unité « SAP Build Process Automation », vous rejoignez une équipe R&D spécialisée dans la conception Low Code / No Code (LCNC) et l'exécution d'agents intelligents qui automatisent les processus d'entreprise. L'équipe couvre l'intégralité du cycle produit : développement, validation, déploiement et support client.

En tant que membre à part entière de l'équipe, vos responsabilités couvriront trois axes principaux :

- Développement produit (full stack) : conception et implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou de prototypes (PoC) en TypeScript et Node.js, aussi bien côté front-end que back-end, sur des architectures cloud et on-premise.
- Qualité et conformité : correction de bugs, rédaction de tests automatisés, amélioration de la stabilité et mise en œuvre des standards produit SAP.
- SRE / DevOps : participation au suivi du déploiement en production et à la fiabilité opérationnelle du service.

Un axe transverse fort de cette mission est l'intégration de l'IA générative pour accélérer la conception, le développement et la validation du produit, enrichir la base de connaissances (KB) sur l'architecture, et améliorer l'expérience de support client.

Votre profil

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur ou de master (Bac+5), avec une spécialisation en développement logiciel. Cette offre s’adresse à quelqu’un de passionné(e) par l’ingénierie logicielle et qui envisage une carrière en R&D.

Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise de JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js (projets académiques ou expériences précédentes)
- Intérêt marqué pour les technologies IA : LLM, agents autonomes, RAG
- Familiarité avec les environnements cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure ou équivalent)
- Sensibilité aux bonnes pratiques : tests, CI/CD, revue de code

Qualités personnelles :
- Esprit d’équipe et aisance dans un contexte international et multiculturel
- Autonomie, rigueur et forte capacité d’apprentissage
- Adaptabilité face à un environnement technologique en évolution rapide
- Bonne communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais

SAP Build Process Automation est l’organisation produit au sein de la R&D SAP dédiée à l’automatisation des processus d’entreprise. Notre équipe combine l’excellence technologique, l’esprit d’entreprise et l’agilité.

Une base installée importante de clients s’appuie sur nos produits au quotidien — notre première responsabilité est de préserver cette confiance en réduisant les frictions qui leur coûtent du temps, et en les accompagnant dans l’évolution de leurs usages.

Nous automatisons ce qui est répétitif, éliminons ce qui est superflu et mesurons ce qui compte — en construisant une organisation d’ingénierie plus rapide, qui s’améliore avec le temps. L’IA générative est au cœur de cette transformation : elle nous permet d’accélérer nos cycles de développement, de démultiplier notre capacité de support et de livrer davantage de valeur à nos clients.
