You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

As a User Experience Design Specialist, you will design enterprise-grade, AI-enhanced human experience management solutions used by millions worldwide.

You’ll

  • Contribute to and evolve the SAP Design System, creating new patterns for AI-driven experiences, ensuring consistency, accessibility, inclusivity, and localization.
  • Conduct global user research—interviews, surveys, usability studies—and synthesize insights into actionable design directions that drive measurable user and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous iteration using data, telemetry, and rapid testing, making strategic UX decisions that improve task flows, reduce friction, and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively across distributed teams—building strong relationships, shaping product vision, and championing user pain-point resolution with empathy and craft excellence.

What you bring
