What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted partnerships: Work closely with executives and decision-makers to align SAP solutions with their business goals.
  • Drive outcomes: Help customers accelerate time-to-value and achieve digital transformation with SAP Cloud ERP.
  • Guide adoption: Support customers through onboarding, expansion, and renewal, ensuring they realize tangible business results.
  • Champion innovation: Promote the latest SAP Cloud Business Suite capabilities, including AI-driven insights and real-time analytics.
  • Collaborate for growth: Partner with sales, solution teams, and SAP experts to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Orchestrate success: Coordinate SAP and partner resources to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage challenges: Lead resolution of escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support finance transformation: Work with CFO stakeholders to integrate SAP Office of the CFO (oCFO) solutions such as planning, forecasting, compliance, and reporting.

What You Bring

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in enterprise software, ERP consulting, customer success, or related fields preferred.
  • Background in SAP Consulting, SAP Enterprise Support, or ERP implementation/support.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP and familiarity with SAP oCFO solutions (SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, SAP BPC, compliance tools).
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial processes, KPIs, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Experience guiding organizations through SaaS/IAAS adoption and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels, including executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 78,000-180,700 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
