Where you belong:
In this role you serve as an execution partner to the Corporate Field & Digital Lead and TEM Lead in MEE, ensuring the successful implementation of key growth initiatives, business excellence, and cross-functional alignment. In addition, you act as multiplier towards partners to facilitate adoption of digital motion and assist in planning, executing, and moderating meetings, presentations, and selected events. Contribution to the creation of content for internal presentations, community calls, customer and partner meetings is a key task. Support of the team with logistics and coordination is also essential. This role requires a highly driven, structured, and execution-focused person who can support and drive critical projects, enhance decision-making, and streamline matrix engagements internally and externally for the entire corporate segment.
Expectations and Tasks:
- Go-to-Market Support: Work with the regional leaders and Market Units to capture best practices to scale innovations and productivity increase across the region.
- Data Analysis and Insight Gathering: Prepare and support the business execution with analytical insights and data gathering to help drive strategic sales priorities.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate on strategic business initiatives aimed at improving collaboration and optimizing processes to improve overall productivity.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and moderating meetings, presentations, and selected events. Support the team with logistics and coordination.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of content for internal presentations, community calls, customer and partner meetings, and events, with an opportunity to grow into roles such as presenter or advisor.
- Collaborative Project Support: Work alongside the corporate leadership team to manage priorities, assist in project coordination across Market Units, prepare customer and partner meetings, and support stakeholder management.
- The position is an ideal entry point for early talents into the profile of a transformational advisor and gives precious insights into the tasks of regional segment leaders driving sales and transformation.
What you bring:
- Knowledge of SAP: A basic understanding of SAP's Go-to-Market strategies and Digital Sales Motions is desirable.
- Analytical and organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for details.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in fast-paced, evolving environments, and an interest in driving transformation and scaling processes.
- Professional Conduct: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and conduct towards colleagues and customers.
- Networking Skills: Developing stakeholder management and networking capabilities.
- Team Orientation: A collaborative, team-oriented working style, with open-mindedness and cultural awareness.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with communication and presentation tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a must.
- AI Experience: Documented experience with AI tools and applications is beneficial.
- Educational Background: A recently achieved bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent discipline.
- Additional Interests: Interest in pursuing certifications in Project Management, Leadership, or Business Strategy for future development.
