We are seeking an experienced Solution Advisor Expert to join our growing team in Taipei, Taiwan. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to our most complex and ambitious clients, translating their business challenges into innovative, value-driven solutions. You will combine deep industry knowledge, architectural expertise, and consultative excellence to shape transformation roadmaps that drive measurable business impact. • Lead end-to-end solution advisory engagements with enterprise clients, from initial discovery and current-state analysis through future-state architecture design and phased implementation roadmaps
• Conduct strategic business conversations with C-suite and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives that resonate with organizational priorities
• Analyze client business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives to design tailored solution architectures that optimize operations, reduce costs, and unlock competitive advantage
• Develop and communicate clear, quantified business cases that articulate ROI, risk mitigation, and capability improvements aligned with client goals
• Position innovative solutions and emerging technologies—including automation, AI, and digital transformation capabilities—within the context of client business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure seamless engagement execution and successful customer outcomes
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizational levels, earning trust through expertise, transparency, and consistent delivery
• Mentor and support junior solution advisors, sharing best practices and raising the bar for solution advisory excellence across the team
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to provide forward-thinking guidance and identify emerging opportunities
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with precision, balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality

What you'll bring

You are a seasoned solution advisory professional with deep SAP expertise and a track record of driving cloud adoption and delivering measurable customer value at strategic enterprise accounts. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.

• Deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem — including S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and Cloud LOB solutions — with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, business-relevant value.
• A track record of driving cloud adoption and consumption at strategic accounts, developing value realisation plans, addressing adoption bottlenecks, and improving ARR/NRR metrics.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation projects in high-tech manufacturing — semiconductors, electronics, or OEM/ODM environments — with strong skills in project risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
• A functional and accountable approach to AI — you guide clients in integrating AI capabilities into business processes, use AI tools in your daily workflows, and take ownership of AI output quality.
• Degree not required for this role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required for this role.

What you'll build

You will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers in the high-tech manufacturing sector, leading cloud adoption strategies, delivering transformation projects, and guiding clients on maximising the value of SAP's solution portfolio.

• Partner with client executive leadership to translate business priorities into SAP cloud capability roadmaps, leading measurable value and ROI through optimal solution adoption.
• Identify adoption bottlenecks, design value realisation plans, and promote value-add features to increase ARR/NRR and mitigate churn risk.
• Lead cloud implementation and digital transformation projects for global enterprise clients, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as the bridge between clients, product teams, consultants, and partners — translating business requirements into actionable SAP system capabilities.
• Guide clients in integrating AI capabilities — including SAP Business AI and intelligent automation — into their business processes and cloud solutions.
• Apply global best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP's Customer Success operating model across the region.

The team works at the intersection of advisory, delivery, and innovation, partnering closely with product teams, global counterparts, and partners.
