As a Senior User Experience Designer for SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Private Edition in Brno, you’ll lead design efforts that shape how users interact with SAP’s cloud-based applications.

Bring it

You’re a strong interaction designer with deep empathy for users and a sharp eye for detail. You bring:

• A degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or comparable fields
• 8+ years of experience designing web and mobile business applications preferably for ERP systems
• Expertise in working in a design lead development process
• Experience in gathering user requirements through user research methods

• You have a good technical understanding and can discuss design alternatives and solutions with engineering
• You are proficient in prototyping-tools like Figma

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly

• Your written and verbal English is excellent.
• You are a solid team player in international and cross-functional teams.

Build it

You’ll lead UX initiatives that elevate SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. Your work will:

• Translate complex user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers
• Validate designs through reviews and usability testing
• Provide design consulting and support to development teams
• Drive discovery projects and contribute to long-term design strategy
