What you'll do:

As a Senior User experience designer, You would

• Design a professional grade user experience (based on SAP's Design System) by collaborating with UX Designers, UA Developers, Product Development team(s), Product Managers and other stakeholders.

• Provide design specifications and assets required for implementation by the development team.

• Ensure quality by supporting the development team during the development phase by conducting continuous reviews of the implemented UIs to ensure adherence to the specifications, standards and guidelines.

• Adopt a data driven solution discovery, design and development process by seeking and utilizing data from multiple data channels such as Telemetry, UX Surveys, User Research and Customer Engagement activities to enable you to take design decisions based on insights derived from the various data channels.

• Help conduct user research and usability testing to understand AI-driven enterprise needs.

• Create AI interactions that augment human decision-making & ensure AI experiences are transparent, consistent, ethical, and trustworthy.

• Develop intuitive explanations and guidelines for AI recommendations and predictions.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media Design, Human Computer Interaction from recognized Design institutes

• 7+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Skills in creating wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Hands-on experience in conducting UX research—such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, usability inspection, user data collection, or diary studies.

• Basic understanding of AI concepts— esp. designing conversational experiences is preferrable

• Experience in enterprise or B2B software is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
